TRANSPORTATION:
Update:
*Bus routes are first pick up - first drop off
*Surveys cancelled due to no Express Bus option available
ACTION ITEMS:
Preliminary Bus Schedule was supposed to have been sent to Zadia. Update needed on schedule eta for public

*Fencing has been put up
*Before and After care info is located on FAQ on Website
ACTION ITEMS:
*Communication to kids needs to be scheduled. April when?
*Lisa to touch base with Zadia on construction time line update
OUTREACH
Update:
*Fliers sent to pre-k's and posted in community
*Gazette Contacted
*Takoma Voice in school section had article on move. (This was not done by committee but noticed and brought up in meeting)
*List serves contacted with info
*Orientation to have separate Grosvenor table
**Table to include: Sign Up sheet for field trips to Grosvenor, Power Point slide-show of Grosvenor, Tip sheet for parents, FAQ, Screen image of Grosvenor info
ACTION ITEMS:
*Lisa to follow up on List Serve issues. Gathering parents info and getting them to get on list serve list - can this be done better?
*Need to get equipment to show slide-show at Orientation
*Should we set up an Internet connected workstation so parents can sign up for list serve on the spot?
*Tip sheet should have list serve info added to it
*Fliers need to be posted at Piney Branch elementary and Maple Ave apt corridor
*People scheduled at Grosvenor table for Orientation should all know how to say Grosvenor (no s) and know what to say regarding bus routes
PRE MOVE PREP
Update:
*No Field trips to Grosvenor until July (after the school year)
*Field trips need to be done during the week - can do an evening field trip (during work week) for those who cannot get off work during the day
*Possible to make field trip communal to all class levels
ACTION ITEMS:
*Before field trips can be scheduled need to know what condition the classrooms will be. Is it possible to prep the rooms? What do we want incoming parents to see? Can students create art work that can be posted in the entrance and halls for beginning of school year and field trips as a "welcome" message? Maybe with pictures of teachers and students?
*Lisa to clear with Zadia if it is ok to add to tip sheet the suggestion that parents go to Grosvenor to check ride and see school
