REPORT OUTS:
Construction Mtg Update – Zadia
Construction Timeline
April – Talk to kids at school/can get rep from crew to come in a hard hat to talk
April 23 –        Fence to be erected to create pathway around field to access annex
Remove a goal, Remove play-structure, Field made smaller
Route from lunch to recess will have to be done differently
May 18 -          Permits expected to be rec’d
May 19 -          Demo interior/following week demo exterior
June -               Last week of school “Passport to Learning” theme
June 12-           2nd grade promotion
June 15-           LAST DAY OF SCHOOL 1:00 p.m.
June 23 -          Need to be out of the building
Due to safety and insurance issues no one allowed back into building
NOTE: Atrium care will be allowed.  Names need to be sent to Zadia/ escort in and out (7-3).  Need names of people interested
Aug 12, 2010 RETURN!       

ACTION ITEMS:

1. Nina to email Adrienne T. to coordinate atrium maintenance
2. Zadia to arrange pots to be moved for Beautification Day project
3. Nina to contact Erik Bond and Jeremy A. to publish articles in local news on TPES activities
4. Need pest abatement plan from demolition group
5. Dolphin to come more frequently

Field Trip:
Challenge getting contact point
Orientation table to have sign ups for pre-K field trips to Grosvenor: May for K’s, later for 1st graders

After School Programs:
PTA sponsored to be done at Grosvenor
*must be completely maintained by PTA not school
*question? Discount on class for parent volunteer as incentive?
Activity Bus budget?  Where does it come from?

ACTION ITEM:

1. YMCA on site? Eleanor to forward contact list/ Val to contact?

TRANSPORTATION – Beth
No new news since last meeting

1. Transportation Plan and routes needed
1. Beth to contact transportation liason w/ reminder request

*Need to be done asap and sent to group for editing/approval
